Before comparing M7 prices, fix the model year, seating layout and EV or EREV version. Use this checklist for a precise sourcing request.

Why two M7 offers can have different prices

M7 is a model family, not a complete vehicle specification. Offers can refer to different model years, seating layouts, batteries, powertrains and equipment. The lowest advertised China price may not describe the cabin or version you want. Start with an exact configuration in the M7 equipment table, then ask for that version to be named in the export quotation.

Five seats or six: decide from actual passengers

The site's sourced M7 configuration list includes five- and six-seat versions. Check the individual row rather than assuming every trim offers both. Think about your regular passenger count, third-row use, child-seat access and luggage with all required seats occupied. Ask for photographs showing every row in its normal position; a folded-seat luggage image does not show space available to a full family.

Confirm the year as well as the badge

Max, Ultra and similar grade labels are not timeless equipment guarantees. Changes between model years can affect batteries, assistance hardware, interior equipment and options. Ask for the complete Chinese version name, configuration reference and build information for the proposed vehicle. Do not combine a newer promotional picture with an older vehicle’s price or assume an announced version is ready for procurement.

Keep EV and EREV comparisons separate

Compare EV with EV, or compare the electric-only range of the selected EREV versions before examining combined fuel-and-battery figures. Include battery specification, charging requirements, drive layout and your normal journey pattern. If you request both powertrains, ask for two independent offers. This makes the reason for each cost difference easier to identify without treating the longest headline range as the best choice.

Inspect the cabin you are ordering

Confirm the exact seat layout and the features important to you: seat adjustment, ventilation, heating, screens and storage. Check which items are standard, optional or unavailable on the offered version. The 3D viewer is useful for orientation but depicts a reference car. Use actual-vehicle photographs and agreed inspection evidence to confirm the configuration before committing to procurement.

Turn the shortlist into an export enquiry

Send M7, model year, seating, full version name or two alternatives, colours, quantity and destination country plus city or port. Mention family-use requirements and any overseas software or charging checks. Request a written breakdown of vehicle, agreed services and transport scope, with currency and validity. Import approval, local costs and registration remain checks for the specific vehicle and destination; a sourcing enquiry does not confirm them.
